With the use of high quality rubber and resin, we can dupicate your moldings to be flexible for your arch and radius designs.

Send us the length of molding you need flexible and we will mold and cast it for you. The molding you send needs to be the best you have because any imperfection will be visible when the final casting is complete. On new moldings we need to seal the wood to prevent adhesion during the process. This is done by spraying acrylic lacquer to the raw wood. On old pieces of trim you need duplicated make sure that the wood is sealed. We will make every effort to preserve the moldings during the process and send them back with your order.
