We at Wood Chair Parts will make every effort possible to duplicate or repair any part that you send us.
Just drop the part in the mail and we will take care of it from there.
We are committed to the restoration of furniture in general and assisting you in restoring your furniture by making it as easy as possible to replace missing parts.
About wood parts:
The wood parts will be made from kiln dried lumber.
We have in stock many species of wood.
If a special wood is necessary, we will locate it at an additional cost.

You may request old wood to be used for your parts.
This will be at an additional cost.
Old lumber is hard to come by especially some of the mahogany species.
We will make every effort to find a species you request.
We will duplicate wood parts exactly like the original.
Although, there may be slight variations in thickness and spacing of turned sections. This is common.
Old spindle parts oval in thickness which makes the duplicate look thicker and rounder.
No spiral or fluted spindles will be made at this time.
Sending us parts:
Send us a part to be duplicated as complete as possible.
We can't guess at the shape.
When you send a part, we must have complete tenons on your spindle or enough to measure for duplication.
This is the most critical part of the duplication process.
The part must fit when you receive it.
The original part will be shipped back to you with your duplicates.
We will make every effort to repair parts that are not replaceable. E-mail us by using the contact page. Explain your repair situation in the comment section.
We will respond.

All other work will be estimated.

We have strict policies concerning customer parts.
Each part is logged in and worked on within 48 hours.
Completion 3 to 4 days on average.
All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS ground.
Shipping charges are from the current charts and zones fees from USPS and UPS.

Rush orders will have a 10% extra charge.
Rush orders must be clearly stated when contacting us.
We will use over-night mail service if requested.
